Call with RingCasa — Privacy policy

"Call with RingCasa" (formerly "Call with the dialer") is a Chrome extension for staff of businesses on RingCasa, SDG360's phone system at dial.sdg360.com. It lets a signed-in user place and receive calls and send text messages through that system from any web page.

What it accesses

• Phone numbers on the page you click. When you click a phone number, the number is sent to dial.sdg360.com to place the call. Nothing else from the page is read or sent.
• Your dial.sdg360.com session. Requests to dial.sdg360.com carry the session cookie of that site so the system knows who is calling. The extension never sees or stores your password.
• Microphone. Used only during calls placed or answered in the extension.
• Notifications. To show an incoming call when Chrome is in the background.

What it stores

Only your preferences (which line to call from, whether to ring this computer or your phone, on which sites plain-text numbers are made clickable), in Chrome's extension storage, synced with your Chrome profile.

What it does not do

No browsing history is collected. No data is sold or shared with third parties. Call and message records live in the dial.sdg360.com system under its own policies, not in the extension.
